A song that addresses environmental and climate issues in the context of school strikes.
 As an addition, the danger of war and Corona were briefly mentioned too.
Today they are children, adults they'll be tomorrow.
If the world still goes around.
They are so young and look forward to living.
Note this text and hear the sound.
 

Why should the children try to get education?

Although their future is breaking away.

There's danger of world war, affecting every nation.

Wherever they'll be, there's no save place to stay.
 

Yes, why should they still go to school keep on learning?

Wether they do it or not remains the same.
See flames of war! Some lands are already burning.
Even those who have learned must feel great pain.
Listen you,
Wladimir Putin. You make all the children cry.
So many people must die,
if you continue this war.
So let your weapons be quiete!
Come on, come on! Now stop the fight.
 
Why should young people do a bachelor or master?
 Studying takes years, does that really make sense?
Won't our world tomorrow end in disaster?
 Won't they all live then deep down in dark dens?
 
Yes, why should they try to get a good education?
They learn for life, but they need ways to survive.
No, they don't need weapons, they need true negotiations,
Even struggle for freedom kills so many good lives.  
Therefore you:
Wolodymyr Selenskyj. Believe it, it's not a lie.
Your own people must die, if you continue as before.
Your fearless fight is for peace,
but even this fight brings death and desease. 
Broken lives will increase.
 
Mr. Selenskyj, Mr. Putin, no matter now, who did begin.
It doesn't matter because you will lose, nobody can win.

Negotiate! Stop any fight!

We are really that stupid, to ruin our earth.

We want way too much. Do we need it? No never.

We just do what we like, it will take time to get worse.

 

But so many scientists appeal and admonish.

We all have to rethink, to be ready for change.

To hope it does not get worse would be foolish.

We are outside the bearable range. Listen, please.

Yes, we all, we consume too much.

We want the latest, wanna be faster,

wanna be far away, want more.

But this life in abundance and such

a waste of resources

destroys the environment more than ever before.

 

And that in the view of population increase.

We have to change a lot, cause our earth got disease.

What do we think of waive?

For without restricting ourselves, the world cannot be saved.

 

And now with the virus we can lose almost anything.

It seems, that our earth has born Corona to strike back.

Does a vaccination protects us from surrendering?

Do we have luck or will we be left with a broken neck?

Either way we lack respect for creation.
Land, water, air - what we do with it, is bad.
It has to stop quickly to allow regeneration.
Otherwise our world will soon be dead.

If you don't know your way around, the others will make it worse.
Fakenews on TV, the web and printed publication.
The smart ones see through, when they're told false facts about our earth.
 

Avoiding war through accommodating - not just uncompromisingly demanding negotiations -
that is the be-all and end-all of peacekeeping.
Unfortunately, at the beginning of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the West showed no willingness to compromise.
It was always stubbornly demanded. Namely that Russia must withdraw from the border area with Ukraine.
Otherwise there would be severe sanctions.
And these were not negotiations in the sense of avoiding thousands of deaths and many more lives shattered, in short, avoiding war. Then Ukraine was also supported with money and light weapons.
 And people kept dying.
And later there were also heavy weapons.
And people kept dying.

 Where will this end? "Nuclear power, no thanks. Nuclear war, yes please!?"
To FIGHT for PEACE is as contradictory as 'fucking for virginity'.  
Remember that every fight destroys lives. Also the fight for peace.
Nothing is worse than war and its consequences. And certainly not renunciation of membership in NATO or the EU.
